This page explains what personal data is processed when you visit markoprskalo.net, on what legal basis, and the rights you have. The site is a static CV; it processes as little data as possible.

Server log files

The site is hosted on Vercel. When you open it, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores technical information your browser transmits (e.g. anonymised IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, and the time of the request). This data is required to deliver the site reliably and securely and is not merged with other data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation).

Microsoft Clarity (analytics)

To understand how the site is used, it uses Microsoft Clarity, a product-analytics service from Microsoft Corporation. Clarity captures usage data such as page interactions, clicks, scrolling and aggregated heatmaps/session insights to help improve the page. Clarity is loaded only after you consent via the cookie banner; if you choose “Necessary Only”, it is not loaded. Processing by Microsoft is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future (clear your browser storage for this site to be shown the banner again).

Cookies & consent

Necessary storage keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice. Analytics (Microsoft Clarity) is only enabled if you accept it. You can decline without losing any functionality of this CV.

Recipients & transfers

Processors used are Vercel Inc. (hosting) and, with your consent, Microsoft Corporation (Clarity). Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, it is safeguarded by appropriate measures such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at). To exercise any right, contact hello@flow-it.io.
